Mold Behind Cabinets

We got this call when a home inspector was inspecting a house on the market and noticed a good amount of moisture behind the washer. 

We came out with our moisture detecting equipment and performed an inspection. We concluded there was drywall but no visible leak. 

When we opened the wall to find the source of the water, we noticed a considerable amount of growth on the adjoining wall (the wall from the photo). The homeowner was unable to notice the moisture because the cabinets and washer were in the way.
