Mold Is Sneaky

This mold job was the result of a customer going out of town for a couple weeks and the supply line of toilet breaking. They returned home to a disaster that lead to drywall removal of 50% of the house. As you can see the toilet (cause of loss) in the second photo. Mold can grow anywhere with the right conditions, moisture and a food source. This case the drywall is the food source and even after a few days you can get mold.
