Dishwashers Can Cause Mold Problems

This Las Vegas customer had no idea what was hiding behind her dishwasher. We got the call to head out after the customer had a little leak and just wanted to check and make sure everything was alright. After pulling out the dishwasher to do an inspection we saw mold and immediately covered to prevent any cross contamination. 

We then set up all proper containments to make a safe work area to protect the rest of the house and followed the mold to all affected areas. We had to take out all the lower cabinets. As you can see in the second photo and even follow the mold to a room that was behind the kitchen.
